Samadhwani Collective began as a humble attempt to offer a forum for the underrepresented cultural forms. Since the beginning, we tried to highlight diverse cultural nuances frequently disregarded by mainstream platforms. The founding principle of Samadhwani is to establish a progressive cultural forum to encourage artistic expression for positive social change. Samadhwani actively plans seminars, workshops, video documentation, Podcasts, and activities to support underrepresented groups. Despite financial difficulties, we have presented exceptional programs and achieved recognition from critics for our commitment to creative cultural expression.  To reach a wider audience, we launched a digital platform in 2018. Without your help, we won’t be able to carry out our outreach, which will bring together thinkers, artists, and culture enthusiasts from all walks of life. We have continuously attempted, via various means, to increase public knowledge of the Ganda Baja, a traditional art form of western Odisha. To bring attention to the issue, we have created the documentary “Ganda Baja.” We are bringing attention to the underappreciated female folk musicians, such as the remarkable Dalkhai Rani Gurubari Mirdha, who made priceless contributions to the traditional Dalkhai dance of Western Odisha. By contributing to our cause through outreach, research, essays, and videos, you can join us in honoring female artists and other marginalized folk artists of Odisha. To accomplish this, your assistance is essential!

We’re struggling financially, but to continue these cultural events, we need your help. Restoring the musical journey of “Samadhwani” needs your assistance.

As a small, independent organization, we depend on friends, partners, and other art enthusiasts for assistance.

We appeal to those sensitive to cultural differences while acknowledging the difficulties in continuing our work without corporate assistance.

Research, practice, publications, and the preservation of indigenous cultural forms all depend on your assistance.

We need your Support for:

1- Samaswara sires of “Song Recordings.”

2- Giving small fellowships to “Female Folk Artists of Odisha.”

3- To do Cultural Research work on Vanishing Cultural forms like Gahani, Ushakothi, Dalkhai, and Ganda Baja.

4- To publish Samadhwani Print and Digital publications.

5- Making Documentary films on Marginalised Cultural forms and Artists of Odisha.

6- Book publications on Syncretism in Odisha, the Food Culture of Odisha, and the Culture of our villages.

7- Podcasts with various cultural personalities.

8- Seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.

Swayamprava Parhi, on behalf of our cultural organization, expresses gratitude to all for their support and extends a call for cooperation and support.

Your support matters! Let’s contribute to a more equitable and just world together.
